You can book all of our services on this page. If you’ll be using us for full-service management, we’ll schedule a meet with you, evaluate your listing, and get the keys from you. All other services can be setup online.

At Nooks & Nest, we believe you’re paying for your time and peace of mind. We’ll always be available to you. This means that Nooks & Nest will handle everything related to managing, maintaining your listing and being the emergency contact for the guest, to cleaning the listing, replenishing consumables, inspecting for damages after every stay, and guest communication.

We charge one straight subscription fee monthly. Costing depends on multiple factor which includes type of service require, number of hosting days per month, shared room or entire House. Get started to receive appropriate costing for your space.

We ask for a 30-day courtesy notice, but there are no fixed-term commitments.

We’re available 24/7 to host and manage guest communication.

Yes! We do offer different package discounts for customers that decide to manage multiple properties with us.

Yes, as long as your property has working Wi-Fi, working TV, air conditioning, smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher.

Most of our clientele have multiple properties and live out of state, even out of the country. Our team is the best! Just fill out agreement form and we will do the rest. We do offer discounts for multiple properties as well.

Yes we do, every turnover. We will let you know when you are running low on amenities as well. We can handle ordering supplies as well upon request. Your cleaner will put items inside property for you & we will charge a service fee for this.
