Our rental comes with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, parking space and backyard. During your stay, you can also enjoy the amenities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, dinning table, oven, coffee maker, hot water kettle and many more. The home is fully equipped with EV charger.
◜◞ The master bedroom contains a master bed, TV, small table and extra storage. The other bedroom contains a Queen bed and a 4sleep Bunk bed to make you feel homey and comfortable.
◜◞The spacious living room has a decent sitting arrangement with chair and Led TV where you can enjoy with your friends and
family members after a tiring routine.
◜◞ Contains an up-to-date kitchen welcoming with all the amenities you need.
◜◞The bathrooms are up-to-date and quite sleek with all the essentials like shampoo, soap, hand wash, towels and hair dryer.
◜◞The driveway has enough space and you can also enjoy the evenings in the peaceful environment in the Backyard. The house is located within driving distance to restaurants, bars, and national parks. We’ve got everything you need. An ideal base to explore Houston.
2: No smoking is allowed inside the property.
3: For violating the house rules, guests will receive a penalty of $500.
4: Checkout time is 10am. 15 minutes extra
time will be provided. The guest will have to pay a $100 penalty fee if they checkout late without permission.
5: If the guests need a late checkout or an early checkin, the fee will be $20/hour. Guests will need to inform the host first to check the availability.
