* 2nd Bedroom: King bed (Sleeps 2)
* 3rd Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
* 4th Bedroom: King Bed (Sleeps 2)
• Bathroom:
The unit contains two full and a half bathroom.
* 1st Bathroom includes a shower stall, a bathtub and beautiful vanity.
* 2nd Bathroom includes a beautiful vanity, toilet and a bathtub, shared with two bedrooms.
* 3rd Bathroom contains a vanity and toilet..
• Living Area and Kitchen:
This unit has 2 spacious Living Rooms with decent sitting arrangements including 75″ smart TV’s. Kitchen is full of amenities and the Dinette has the sitting capacity of 6. Washer Dryer is available in the unit. There is also a Foosball table in the unit.
2: No smoking is allowed inside the property.
3: For violating the house rules, guests will receive the penalty of $500.
4: Checkout time is 10am. The guest will have to pay a $100 penalty fee if they checkout late without permission.
5: If the guests need a late checkout or an early checkin, the fee will be $20/hour. Guests will need to inform the host first to check the availability.
