This house was fully furnished with brand new furniture and totally refurbished in 2021. Everything in the house is contemporary and there is a certain warmth to this house. You will feel right at home and will surely enjoy Verizon’s 5G WiFi and 65″ TV’s in all the rooms. There is plenty of street parking available. This home is equipped with EV fast charger.
Bedrooms:
The Master bedroom is glowing and airy and has a King-sized bed. The second bedroom contains a pull-out bed and a bunk bed. Both rooms have 65″ and 55″ TV respectively.
Living Room:
The gorgeous modern living room is bright and sleek with decent sitting arrangements and decorated with wall posters and has a 65″ TV. It has a safe wood-burning fireplace for heating purposes.
Kitchen:
The contemporary kitchen contains the essentials and is unstained. It’s decorated with gorgeous artwork that gives an appealing look to it and includes a fire extenguisher.
Dining Area:
The spacious dining area has an Italian dining set and is decorated with beautiful artwork.
Bathrooms:
This house has a modern-style contemporary bathroom.
Balcony/Patio:
The house has a cute little front patio where you can sit to have a cup of coffee and enjoy the peaceful environment of the unit.
The backyard is shared with other guests. This house is equipped with EV fast charger 220V 40Amp RV/EV.

This house has a spacious shady patio with awesome sitting arrangements. It also has a BBQ grill. This is the best place to spend quality time with your family.
Our cleaning crew takes pride in adhering to strict Covid Guidelines. Before each stay, the house is cleaned professionally, and all handles, and high traffic areas are disinfected properly. We are in this together! Rest assured, you will be walking in a super clean house.
2: No smoking is allowed inside the property.
3: For violating the house rules, guests will receive the penalty of $500.
4: Checkout time is 10am. 15 minutes extra time will be provided. The guest will have to pay a $100 penalty fee if they checkout late without permission.
5: If the guests need a late checkout or an early checkin, the fee will be $20/hour. Guests will need to inform the host first to check the availability.
6: 15$ additional charges for parking.
