Our rental comes with 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, parking space and backyard. During your stay, you can also enjoy the amenities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, dinning table, oven, coffee maker, hot water kettle and many more. The home is fully equipped with EV charger. These are split units besides each other and have enough space to accommodate families.
➠ The Living Spaces
The unit contains three roomy living areas with flat-screen TVs in both areas, nap-worthy sofas and windows that fill the space with natural light. There is room here for everyone to lounge together in the A/C after a hectic day.
➠ Kitchen and Dining
All kitchens are fully equipped and stocked, with all of the appliances and amenities you’d find at home, including a coffee maker and ovens and fridge with plenty of room for your vacation groceries. The dining area features a 4-person dining table near the kitchen.
➠ Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The 3 master bedrooms in each unit contain 2 master beds, TVs in each bed, small table and extra storage. The other 4 bedrooms in each unit contain a Queen bed with bunk bed and the other rooms with one bunk bed to make you feel homey and comfortable.
The bathrooms are up-to-date and quite sleek with all the essentials like shampoo, soap, hand wash, towels and hair dryer.

2: No smoking is allowed inside the property.
3: For violating the house rules, guests will receive the penalty of $500.
4: Checkout time is 10am. 15 minutes extra time will be provided. The guest will have to pay a $100 penalty fee if they checkout late without permission.
5: If the guests need a late checkout or an early checkin, the fee will be $20/hour. Guests will need to inform the host first to check the availability.
