The master room has a king bed and the other room has 3 bunk beds. Extra bed sheets and pillows are available. It has 1 up-to-date glassy bathroom on the main floor and has a half bath in the attic room as well. The whole house contains EV tariffs.

2: No smoking is allowed inside the property.
3: For violating the house rules, guests will receive the penalty of $500.
4: Checkout time is 10am. 15 minutes extra time will be provided. The guest will have to pay a $100 penalty fee if they checkout late without permission.
5: If the guests need a late checkout or an early checkin, the fee will be $20/hour. Guests will need to inform the host first to check the availability.
